Live products (e.g. Worms, nematodes)
We guarantee your worms to arrive alive. If they do not, we will replace your order for free. The following conditions must be respected: (a) If the package has to be picked up at the post office, it must be done within 24 hours of notice. (b) A clear photo of the package and it's content must be sent to email@example.com the same day of delivery. It is not possible to return live products.
Items must be returned in original condition. All returns must be requested in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 (seven) days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, minus our shipping costs and an additional 5% of the order total for the processing and administrative fees.
Canceled and refunded orders
A 5% processing fee will be applied to canceled and refunded orders.
