Live products (e.g. Worms, nematodes)

We guarantee your worms to arrive alive. If they do not, we will replace your order for free. The following conditions must be respected: (a) If the package has to be picked up at the post office, it must be done within 24 hours of notice. (b) A clear photo of the package and it's content must be sent to info@wormbox.ca the same day of delivery. It is not possible to return live products.

Other products

Items must be returned in original condition. All returns must be requested in writing to info@wormbox.ca within 7 (seven) days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, minus our shipping costs and an additional 5% of the order total for the processing and administrative fees.

Canceled and refunded orders

A 5% processing fee will be applied to canceled and refunded orders.
